SHIPPING POLICY
At Shea Café we aim to ship packaging out within 2-4 days after your order is received. Please understand that the shipping time is not the time you place the order but from the time it dispatched from Shea Cafe.

You may cancel an order before we have shipped, however once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it and all sales are final.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shea Café is handmade in small batches based on orders, as a result all sales are final as we don’t offer returns or exchanges. In an instance your product arrives to you damaged and/or broken, please send a photo of the damaged item (s) to Sheacafeofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

Please note that ‘Shea Cafe’ will not be responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process. Please make sure all delivery & contact information is accurate when placing your order.
